International Telesales Executive – Foreign Buyer Lead Generation

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced International Telesales Executive to support our global business expansion by identifying and engaging overseas buyers. The role involves calling prospective international customers, sharing product catalogues, qualifying business opportunities, and arranging meetings for the Global Sales Team.
Only candidates with prior FMCG, Food, or Confectionery industry experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail chains across Europe, the USA, and other international markets.
- Generate qualified B2B export sales leads for the Company's Global Sales Team.
- Introduce the Company's product portfolio and export capabilities to prospective buyers.
- Share product catalogues, company profiles, and business proposals with overseas customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and convert inquiries into qualified business opportunities.
- Schedule virtual or face-to-face meetings between qualified buyers and the Global Sales Team.
- Research new buyers, importers, distributors, and retail chains using LinkedIn, trade directories, and B2B databases.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Work closely with the Global Sales Team to maximize lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and conversion targets.
Candidate ProfileMandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international telesales, export lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Prior experience in the FMCG, Food, Confectionery, Frozen Foods, Dairy, Snacks, or Spices industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience calling international customers and generating qualified export business leads.
- Experience in sending product catalogues, company profiles, and business proposals to foreign buyers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience scheduling meetings between prospective buyers and senior sales executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, email communication, and internet research.
- Ability to work during EU/USA business hours.
Preferred
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Alibaba, Kompass, Panjiva, ImportGenius, Trade Map, or similar B2B databases.
- Knowledge of international export documentation and overseas buyer engagement.
- Existing network of importers or distributors will be an added advantage.

Pay: $52,870.00 - $74,018.00 per year
