Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Transactional Attorney to join our legal team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a wide array of transactional matters, ensuring legal compliance and strategic alignment across diverse practice areas. Your expertise will support the organization’s growth and operational excellence by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts, advising on legal risks, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless business transactions. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including commercial agreements, employment arrangements, real estate transactions, and licensing deals.
- Provide legal counsel on estate planning, family law, immigration law, and tribal law & regulations to support organizational initiatives.
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to inform transactional strategies and ensure compliance with statutory laws.
- Prepare and manage legal motions, court depositions, and trial preparations related to general & commercial litigation and personal injury cases.
- Advise on securities law, employment law cases, workers' compensation law, and environmental law issues impacting organizational operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on contract drafting, procedural law knowledge application, and legal case management to streamline processes.
- Support negotiations with clients, vendors, or partners by applying strong legal negotiation skills and advocacy techniques to achieve favorable outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience as a transactional attorney with a comprehensive understanding of contract drafting, legal negotiation, and litigation support.
- Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, patent law, personal injury law, employment law case experience, and workers' compensation law.
- Familiarity with court depositions, trial preparation procedures, legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw, and legal motion preparation.
- Strong background in general & commercial litigation along with client communication skills essential for effective legal counsel.
- Prior law office experience involving legal administrative tasks such as case management and procedural documentation is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform statutory legal research efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all legal writing and drafting tasks.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
