Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services efficiently along with setting up installers and movers.
Duties:
- Schedule upcoming installs and deliveries.
- Analyze quotes to properly set up manpower.
- Manage transportation operations effectively
- Communicate with drivers, installers and movers to provide necessary information for successful deliveries and installs.
- Track employee's daily times.
- Communicate well with customers to schedule jobs and resolve any issues.
Experience:
- 5+ Years Dispatching Experience Required
- Previous experience in dispatching or transportation management necessary.
- Experience with customer services highly preferred.
-Experience in the commercial furniture industry highly preferred.
