- Analyze data on each Program Participant and complete the required paperwork necessary for the Annual Assessments.
- Supervise Case Management Team to ensure that individual Objectives are being accurately documented, collected and filed.
- Each Senior Developmental Specialist must follow up with individual Program Participants to monitor the progress and development of Goals, as well as to modify as necessary
The required minimum qualifications are...
- Must possess English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field. As an alternative to a degree, a Senior Developmental Specialist must have at least four years’ experience in a training program for developmentally disabled children or adults.
- One year experience with adults or children with physical or cognitive disabilities.
- Driver’s license required.

- The job requires the ability to safely move a minimum of 50 pounds
- The ability to effectively time-manage and organize priorities is essential. Must be computer literate and have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to intervene in crisis situations with the use of physical restraint tactics as taught by this Agency and mandated by State and Federal Agencies.

- To successfully obtain all necessary training as required. Training may include, but is not limited to: Defensive Driving, Agency Orientation, Safety Plan & Evacuation, Human Rights, Ethics, CPR & First Aid, etc.
