Project Coordinator

Your Impact
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the full scope of Infrastructure Projects and negotiating cost changes based on scope and scale of work. This position will coordinate schedules and material flow to ensure profitable projects.
A Glimpse of What You’ll Do

Assists with the daily project management and oversight of multiple projects

Maintains schedule for Project Managers, organize and confirm project schedules

Executes project plans with direction from Project Management

Acts as job Foreman to oversee job timeliness and offers accurate deliverables

Support Project Managers through daily oversight of work produced

Clearly communicate project status to Senior Project Manager and Project Managers

Coordinate onboarding and first-day logistics for new union hires, including orientation, badging, paperwork, PPE distribution, and introductions to field leadership

Serve as a liaison between Project Managers, field technicians, subcontractors, and customers

Coordinate material deliveries, staging, inventory tracking, and return of unused materials

Track project milestones, change orders, labor hours, and installation progress to support project reporting and billing

Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, closeout documents, and as-built drawings

Monitor jobsite compliance with company safety policies, customer requirements, and union regulations

Assist with coordinating site walks, kickoff meetings, and progress meetings with customers and internal teams

Support procurement activities by working with vendors and suppliers to source materials and track lead times

Review completed work for quality assurance and escalate issues or delays to Project Management as needed

Facilitate communication between warehouse operations and field teams to ensure timely material availability

Assist with scheduling inspections, testing, and project closeout activities

Provide administrative support including updating spreadsheets, tracking budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining project files

Support emergency service calls and fast-paced project changes while maintaining project timelines

Minimum of three years’ technical project experience in Information Technology and Infrastructure industry
Additional Information
- Full-time position, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected

May be required to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
