Esthetics Instructor
Job Overview
Stonhart Academy is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Licensed Esthetics Instructor to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll educate and mentor the next generation of estheticians by creating an engaging, hands-on learning environment that builds confidence, professionalism, and clinical excellence. You'll guide students through both theory and practical instruction while helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in today's esthetics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Teach both classroom theory and hands-on esthetics curriculum in accordance with Massachusetts state board requirements.
- Demonstrate professional esthetic techniques including facials, waxing, lash and brow services, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and advanced skincare treatments.
- Supervise students during practical clinic services while providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence.
- Prepare students for successful completion of the Massachusetts State Board licensing examination.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student progress records.
- Ensure all classroom and clinic areas meet sanitation, safety, and infection control standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, techniques, and state regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to continuously enhance the student experience.
- Represent Stonhart Academy with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Esthetics Instructor License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional esthetics experience.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, waxing, lash and brow services, and advanced esthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring and educating future estheticians.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
