Job Description
Morning View Communities is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee a 150-unit, family-oriented, affordable manufactured housing community in Staunton, VA.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for all of the community's onsite operations and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for residents. You will:
- Show vacant homes and manage the recruitment, application, and screening process for prospective tenants.
- Execute property- and market-specific sales strategies.
- Work with the sales team to execute company and property marketing campaigns.
- Oversee new home sets, maintenance requests, move-ins, move-outs, resident communications, and full property inspections.
- Manage the property within pre-determined budgets and work to maximize its financial performance over time.
- Coordinate and enable the work of the community's recurring service providers and vendors.
- Represent the owner's interests to residents, potential residents, vendors, and suppliers.
- Communicate residents' and the broader community's needs and interests to the property owner.
- Learn and master the AppFolio property management software.
- Perform daily community inspections and document findings, events, and issues.
The ideal candidate has strong vendor and client relations and problem-solving skills, and is able to adhere to a standard schedule.
Compensation
Salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
- Property management: 1 year (preferred)
- Client management, any industry: 2 years (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
