Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable, motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position supports commercial properties throughout the Woburn area.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping properties safe, functional, clean, and well maintained. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to identify issues, recommend solutions, and complete projects with minimal supervision.
While this is a full-time position, we are also open to speaking with exceptional candidates seeking part-time weekday hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of commercial, industrial, and office properties
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects, including surface preparation and finishing
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, masonry, and other building repairs
- Execute renovation and property improvement projects from start to finish
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented buildings, common areas, parking lots, and exterior grounds
- Perform landscaping, seasonal property maintenance, and snow removal
- Inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely
- Coordinate with team when specialized work is required
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Recommend preventative maintenance and property improvements
