Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a 1st Shift Machine Operator and become a vital part of our production process! This energetic role offers the opportunity to operate a variety of advanced machinery. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output, maintaining safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Perform routine inspections.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of machine settings, production data, and inspection results for traceability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge .
- Ability to use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and other quality control instruments.
- Experience with tooling setup, fabrication processes, welding, assembly line operations, and materials handling is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills necessary for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to factory work environments such as forklift operation and equipment lockout/tagout protocols.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
