John Stark Regional High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Varsity Boys Lacrosse Head Coach to lead our student-athletes for the upcoming 2026-27 season.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for lacrosse, a commitment to student-athlete development, and the ability to foster a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop lacrosse players both on and off the field.

Plan, organize, and execute practices, game strategies, and team meetings.

Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.

Collaborate effectively with assistant coaches, athletic staff, school administration and team boosters.

Represent the lacrosse program positively within the school and broader community.
Qualifications:

Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred, but not required.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to build relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff.

Commitment to creating a supportive and spirited athletic environment.
