The Role
Join Imprint as a Bookkeeper and own the financial foundation of our operations. You'll manage our books, spreadsheets, and records—work that directly impacts how the company runs. This is hands-on, organized work with real visibility: your accuracy keeps us on track.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and reconcile financial records across our systems
- Enter, track, and verify financial transactions in Excel and accounting software
- Organize and file both digital and physical documents—develop systems that work
- Assist with month-end close and basic financial reporting
- Support the team with data entry and administrative tasks that matter
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and organized (you actually enjoy a well-maintained filing system)
- Comfortable or eager to learn spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets—we'll teach you)
- Reliable and accountable—people count on you to get it right
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your mind
Nice-to-Haves
Basic bookkeeping or accounting exposure (but not required—we'll train)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $30–36K (based on experience)
- Full-time, in-person role in Houston
- 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule (predictable, Monday–Friday)
