Experienced Carpenter / Window & Door Installer – $2,500 Stay-On Bonus

Windows & Doors By Brownell is hiring an experienced carpenter to lead a small crew for residential window/door-centric remodeling throughout the greater Williston area. You'll run the jobsite and build quality work while our field supervisors and office team handle scheduling, customer issues, and project administration. Just show up, lead your crew, do great work, and go home.
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of 1-2 carpenters on residential window and door installations.
- Install windows, doors, trim, and complete occasional structural modifications.
- Keep jobs safe, organized, and on schedule.
- Train and support crew members, ensure quality workmanship.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience.
- Strong finish carpentry and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading a crew or mentoring others (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
