We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused In-Yard Driver to join our operations in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves operating a truck to move steel-sided flatbed or roll-off containers within the yard and assisting with scrap handling operations.

Drive semi-trucks within the yard to move scrap materials.

Operate trucks to pick up and relocate containers within the yard.

Operate yard equipment to load or move scrap material as needed.

Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

No CDL required for this position.

Tractor/Trailer driving experience required.

Forklift or yard equipment experience preferred.

Must be able to drive a manual.

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs independently and 100+ lbs with assistance.

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
