Job Summary:
All United Cleaning & Maintenance is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with commercial clients, and expanding our presence throughout Southern California.
Your primary focus will be prospecting and developing new business through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building. You'll work directly with property managers, HOA management companies, apartment communities, commercial property owners, and facility managers to provide commercial cleaning and maintenance solutions tailored to their needs.
This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work remotely, in the field, and from our office as needed. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who enjoy prospecting, overcoming challenges, and building lasting client relationships.
This is not an entry-level sales position.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOA management companies, apartment communities, commercial property owners, and facility managers.
- Schedule property walkthroughs and meetings with decision-makers.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Conduct professional presentations and recommend customized commercial cleaning and maintenance solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new recurring service contracts.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to maximize opportunities.
- Attend networking events, industry associations, trade shows, and business functions when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B, outside sales, or business development experience.
- Demonstrated success prospecting, generating leads, and closing new business.
- Comfortable making outbound cold calls and conducting in-person business visits daily.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following experience is highly preferred:
- Selling to or working with property management companies, apartment communities, HOA management companies, commercial real estate firms, or facility management companies.
- Commercial cleaning, landscaping, construction, or facility services sales.
- Existing relationships within the property management or commercial real estate industry.
- Experience communicating with property managers, regional managers, board members, and other key decision-makers.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18 - $30 (Full-Time or Part-Time)
- Uncapped commission on every new account closed
