We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Full-Time Team Member to join our Eb Flo crew!
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time position
- Availability needed Monday–Sunday between 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Shifts are typically 7 - 10 hours
- Weekend availability is required. Team members must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays when needed, but you will likely not be scheduled every weekend all year round.
- Must have flexibility to open or close the café, depending on the shift
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and take orders at the register
- Prepare coffee, drinks, and food
- Serve guests and create a welcoming experience
- Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked
- Work together as a team during busy rushes
- Complete opening or closing responsibilities
- Jump in wherever help is needed

Pay & Benefits
- Starting wage: $10/hour + cash & digital tips
- Average total earnings: $16–$21+/hour including tips
