RequirementsLicensure
- Active Florida medical license.
- Medical Doctors (MD/DO): Active license from the Florida Board of Medicine or the Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Nurse Practitioners must be licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing and must hold an Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license, allowing independent practice and prescribing without a written collaborative agreement.
Professional Liability Insurance
- Providers must carry active malpractice insurance in their own name prior to seeing patients.
- The company does not provide malpractice coverage.

Languages
- Fluent English required. Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
Transportation
- Reliable transportation for home visits.
