Description:
Micro Metals is hiring a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting operations. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and outgoing payments in accordance with company policies
- Verify, code, and accurately enter accounts payable data
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Generate reports related to accounts payable and aging
- Support month-end close and audit requests
- Ensure compliance with W-9 documentation, sales tax, and internal controls
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Provide general administrative support as needed
What We’re looking For

Experience in accounts payable, “AP”, or accounting support required

Experience managing high-volume invoice processing strongly preferred

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment
Office-based role within a manufacturing setting with regular computer use and interaction with internal teams and vendors.
