Join Our Team as an Ammunition Manufacturing Technician!
Are you the type of person who enjoys understanding how machines work, solving mechanical problems, and taking pride in producing work of exceptional quality? If so, we'd love to meet you.
Elite Armory is a locally owned firearms retailer, indoor shooting range, and ammunition manufacturer seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our ammunition manufacturing team. Previous ammunition manufacturing experience is not required. We're far more interested in hiring someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. If you've worked with manufacturing equipment, automotive systems, industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, CNC machines, or simply have a natural ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, you may be an excellent fit.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, appreciates precision, and takes pride in producing a safe, consistent, high-quality product.
What You'll Be Doing
· Operate and monitor commercial ammunition manufacturing equipment
· Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance
· Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues before they become larger problems
· Follow detailed manufacturing procedures with absolute consistency
· Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
· Work closely with team members to continuously improve efficiency and product quality
What We're Looking For
· Exceptional mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Ability to learn and understand complex manufacturing equipment
· Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices
· Ability to follow procedures precisely
· Dependable, self-motivated, and able to stay focused throughout the workday
· Willingness to ask questions rather than guess when something is unclear
· Manufacturing, machining, automotive, industrial maintenance, military mechanical, agricultural, HVAC, fabrication, or similar experience is a plus—but not required
· Must be able to pass all required firearm/ammunition background checks
Why You'll Enjoy Working Here
· Full-time, stable employment with opportunities for advancement
· Modern, commercial-grade manufacturing equipment
· Unique industry with interesting and rewarding work
· Team-oriented culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
If you're the kind of person who enjoys solving mechanical challenges, takes pride in precision, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
