The Vice President of Physical Plant Operations is a key member of the corporate team. This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, life safety, emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, and physical plant operations across our communities. The VP will provide leadership, direction, and support to regional and facility maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations throughout the organization.

Qualifications for Vice President of Physical Plant Operations:
3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in physical plant operations, facilities management, or maintenance leadership within healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings.
Working knowledge of Life Safety Code, Emergency Preparedness, NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and accessibility requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Familiarity with TELS Building Management (highly utilized in daily operations).
Specialized trade licenses (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) are a plus however, not required.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Skilled nursing experience required.
