Behavior Education Services Team (B.E.S.T) is a licensed and accredited provider of special education services, specializing in ABA, that has been servicing children and their families for 25 years. We are looking for candidates to fill the remote contractor position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Case Supervisor. This is an amazing opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis with flexible hours!
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Case Supervisor
Language: Bilingual in Spanish Required

Service Setting: Telehealth
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Job Summary: Provide Case Supervision for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Design individualized ABA programs.
2. Train parents and staff in the delivery of customized behavioral interventions for the treatment of problem behaviors and skill deficits.
3. Make occasional supervision sessions via telehealth to oversee intervention delivery and provide ongoing parent consultation.
4. Create data collection systems for interventionists.
5. Review and report outcomes of skills training and behavioral interventions.
6. Write re-assessment/progress reports
7. Train mid-tier supervisors in writing progress reports and creating programs.
8. Lead and support case team meetings to promote treatment uniformity.
9. Participate in clinical meetings with other supervisors and upper management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in one of the following disciplines:
psychology, behavior science, education, child development, or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience performing as a BCBA
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
