Our compensation model is designed to reward performance, availability, and exceptional patient care.
Nurses receive 40% of the revenue generated from the appointments they complete and retain 100% of patient tips.
This creates significant earning potential for providers who are motivated, responsive, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Because your compensation is directly tied to the patients you serve, your availability, professionalism, and initiative have a direct impact on your income.
Unlike traditional hourly positions, there is no cap on your earning potential. Nurses who consistently make themselves available, provide outstanding care, and build strong patient relationships are often able to generate substantially higher income than they would in a conventional nursing role.
