<Job Overview>
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive coordination and project support across the LNG Project team in the United States. The role ensures project activities are well-organized, documented, and aligned with project governance and schedules.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in supporting large engineering or construction project teams with strong communication and multi-tasking capabilities.
<Duties>
- Coordinate project meetings, schedules, communications, and documentation for cross-functional teams.
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, reporting dashboards, and ensure accurate information flow across disciplines.
- Support preparation and consolidation of project reports, progress updates, presentations, and management summaries.
- Assist in change management, document control processes, and compliance with project procedures.
- Interface with internal engineering, contracts, procurement, construction, and HSE teams and external EPC, contractors, subcontractor and government etc. associated stakeholders to ensure timely coordination of project activities.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and proactively support issue resolution and team alignment.
<Qualifications & Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years’ experience in project coordination within LNG, oil & gas, EPC, or large industrial projects.
- Strong skills in scheduling support, project documentation, reporting, and team coordination.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, project management systems, and collaborative tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Owner, PMC or EPC project environments preferred.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
