Louisville Title Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Escrow Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the initial stage of the escrow process for real estate transactions which includes coordinating with some parties involved in the transaction, gathering necessary information, and ensuring accuracy with the client file.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to all parties involved in the transaction
- Utilizes all approved tools (RamQuest, Lightbulbs, etc.) to communicate with parties and document actions
- Answers calls, emails and questions from clients and employees professionally and efficiently
- Receiving and sending wire instructions
- Receives new orders, reviews, and loads transaction details into RamQuest including: Order Entry Form/ Purchase Details; Signed Purchase Agreement; Buyer/Seller/Realtor/Lender/Attorney contact information
- Retrieves Secretary of State Documents and saves in FileScan
- Locates property and any additional properties around the subject parcel(s)
- Collects any incomplete or missing information necessary to get the file started
- Updates and informs staff and answer questions as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and escrow software applications including RamQuest and Close Simple
- Familiarity with escrow and real estate documents and terminology
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Hours
This is a full-time, non-exempt position, paid hourly and located onsite Monday through Friday. At times this position may work outside of normal office hours or days of the week. Advanced notice will be given whenever possible. Though rare, this position may work overtime.

Physical Demands
Remain in a stationary position 80% of the time; constantly operate a computer, phone system and other office tools; frequently and accurately communicate with clients.

Maintaining client confidentiality is a serious matter affecting client trust and LTA’s reputation in the marketplace. All employees must take great care to ensure client information is not made available to any unauthorized persons
