Professional Development
• Design, lead, and facilitate ongoing professional development aligned with school goals and
instructional priorities.
- Build teacher capacity in effective instructional strategies, student cognitive engagement, High-
level questioning, and differentiated learning.
Student Support & Family Engagement
• Conduct parent conferences to discuss student academic progress, including support for ELLs
and students with special needs.
- Partner with families to ensure understanding of instructional programs and student learning
needs.
- Support the implementation of interventions and services for diverse learners.
School Operations
• Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations, including scheduling, student discipline,
and school-wide procedures.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment for all students and staff.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Exempt positions are to attend their
regular school-year schedule, which may include some evenings, weekends, and/or summer
responsibilities for training and planning.
Education / Experiences / Qualifications
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
Valid administrative certification.
Demonstrated experience in instructional leadership, teacher supervision, and data-driven
decision-making.
Strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and effective instructional practices.
Experience working with diverse student populations, including ELLs and students with special
needs.
Physical Demands
This position does require occasional standing and squatting, frequent sitting, and lifting to 10 lbs.
