What You'll Do
As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you'll play a key role in helping clients protect their homes, vehicles, and assets while growing and strengthening an established book of business.
In This Role, You Will:
✅ Manage and expand an existing personal lines book of business
✅ Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice
✅ Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional protection
✅ Generate new business through referrals, networking, and cross-selling
✅ Help clients navigate coverage options and make informed decisions
✅ Collaborate with carrier partners to secure competitive solutions
✅ Deliver a customer experience that earns long-term loyalty
What Makes You Successful
You're someone who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in helping clients feel confident and protected.
We're Looking For:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of home, auto, umbrella, and related coverages
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Independent agency experience is a plus

Location
This position is based in our Kaukauna, Wisconsin office.
Applicants must reside within 40 miles of the office or be willing to relocate within that distance.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
