12 hour night shifts; 6pm-6am
Incentives for NIGHT SHIFT positions ONLY:
- Shift differential - All night shift employees receive a 10% shift differential. This equates to 10% of your hourly wage. For example - 12 hour night employees starting at $20.00/hour receive $2.00/hour differential for a starting rate of $22.00/hour.
- Off Shift Vacation Incentive - Night shift employees at Tessy have the opportunity to gain up to an additional 32 hours of paid time off per calendar year. For every 60 hours worked, employee earns 1 hour of additional vacation time up to a total of 32 hours annually.

Tessy Plastics is looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Clerk I to join our warehouse team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have experience operating forklifts or are willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Safely load, unload, move, and store materials using forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs).
- Scan, track, and organize inventory using computerized inventory systems.
- Follow FIFO inventory practices and warehouse procedures.
- Perform daily forklift inspections, battery maintenance, and equipment reporting.
- Prepare and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to keep materials moving safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to obtain a Tessy Plastics forklift (PIV) license.
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and perform basic math.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to participate in the company's Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) random drug testing program.
Preferred
- 6 months of IQMS experience.
