Position
Our Behavior Technicians (BT) work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) providing direct therapy to children demonstrating skill deficits and behavioral needs.
Essential Functions
- Provide direct therapy
- Operate online program software
- Work with BCBA and receive necessary supervision and training
- Maintain professionalism
- Implement individualized treatment plans as written and directed by Clinical Supervisor
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Maintain and protect the wellbeing of all clients
- Complete ongoing continuing education to meet BACB and/or state regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or other closely related area (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- RBT certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Must be willing to work within the hours of 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, M-F
- Active Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
