Responsibilities of a Front-of-House Team Member:
Before you leave each shift, ensure the next shift is set up for success.
Assist your manager and the leadership team in meaningful ways that support and improve operational excellence.
Always be asking the question:

What can you do to impact and improve their experience?
Areas of Focus:
- Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality.
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve dine-in and carry-out guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected.
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Operating the POS
- Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer.
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy
- Learn all positions, including cashier, bagging, and runner.
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
