Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Savannah, Georgia.
Position Overview:
As an RN with our agency, you will:
- Conduct initial and reassessment evaluations for new and existing clients
- Develop and modify individualized service plans
- Supervise home health aide and personal care assistant staff
- Perform supervisory visits and document findings
- Verify physician orders and ensure medication management compliance
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure regulatory compliance with Georgia Rule 111-8-65
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Current Georgia RN License (required)
- 2+ years of home health or home care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Knowledge of Georgia DCH regulations and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification
- Current TB results
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
