Senior IT Integration Project Managers (Contract)
Post-Merger Integration | Lean enterprise integration team
Company Overview
Ramaley Group is a boutique consulting firm focused on improving operations for fast-growing companies, particularly in the data center and critical infrastructure space. We specialize in process excellence, scalability, analytics, and change enablement, supporting sustainable growth and operational consistency at scale.
Our approach combines client subject-matter expertise with senior-led execution to deliver practical, high-impact solutions that convert strategy into repeatable day-to-day outcomes.
Opportunity Overview
We are seeking experienced Senior IT Integration Project Managers as contractors to support an active post-merger integration program. The client is operating a lean delivery model and has internal subject-matter experts in place. The PMs will drive discovery, Blueprint planning, dependency management, decision-making, and readiness activities across related IT workstreams.
This posting is intentionally designed to identify versatile integration PMs who can credibly cover more than one technical domain. Candidates should express interest only if they have strong qualifications in at least two of the six workstreams listed below.
Important: Please respond only if you can demonstrate meaningful project-management experience and technical fluency in at least two workstreams. Candidates should identify the specific workstreams that best match their background.
What You Will Do
- Partner with the Senior Integration PM, enterprise architect, internal workstream owners, and client SMEs.
- Build and maintain practical workstream plans, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action tracking.
- Drive discovery and Blueprint workshops and convert discussions into concrete deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-workstream handoffs and escalate blockers early.
- Prepare workstream materials for gate reviews, readiness reviews, and Walk the Walls sessions.
- Operate with a lean, hands-on delivery style rather than a heavyweight consulting approach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Senior-level IT project or program management experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing at least two of the six workstreams listed below.
- Strong ability to work with architects, engineers, security teams, business owners, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience driving discovery, planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive-ready status reporting.
- Ability to translate technical discussions into decisions, actions, and executable plans.
- Experience working in fast-moving integration, transformation, migration, or M&A environments.
