Assistant Meat Manager – 48th & O Super Saver
Are you a skilled Journey Meat Cutter ready to take the next step in your career? Fallbrook Super Saver is looking for a motivated and experienced meat professional to join our team as an Assistant Meat Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in high-quality meat preparation, and enjoys leading and mentoring a team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Meat Manager in all aspects of department operations
- Cut and prepare meat products including steaks, pork, and fresh ground beef
- Lead, coach, and train meat department staff
- Order, receive, stock, and rotate products (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Wrap, label, and package product for sale
- Ensure safe and proper use of all meat department equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional, friendly attitude
- Follow direction from the Meat Manager and Store Director
What We’re Looking For:
- A certified Journey Meat Cutter with proven hands-on experience (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A dependable, team-focused work ethic
- A passion for food and excellent customer service
- Must be at least 21 years old
