What you will be doing:
- Oversee and manage all nursing care within the organization.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring and training.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accurate documentation.

Provide guidance in complex patient care situations and stay updated on nursing practices.
Skills you need:
- Experience as a Director of Nursing - DON within LTC / SNF is required
- RN license in NY
