EEW is a turnkey industrial, environmental, and civil services company serving the greater Houston area. This is a mid-level position reporting to the Operations Manager with massive opportunity for growth and advancement. We are looking for candidates to fill Industrial/Environmental PM roles AS WELL as candidates to fill Civil PM roles. Pay can be hourly or salary and will be based on experience level.
Duties:
- Assist with coordinating and managing various projects from start to finish.
-Job walks and estimate generation.
- Ensure all job related paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
-Supervise/Manage projects in the field and interface with customer representatives.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and timely job invoicing.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project materials and resources are available as needed and invoices are received and accurate.
- Review all job related paperwork in preparation for invoicing.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Supervisor or Project Manager or similar role in the industrial/environmental/civil services industry.
-Extensive knowledge of tank cleaning, chemical cleaning, hydroblasting, etc. processes and procedures (Industrial) and/or civil site prep/concrete pouring/finishing/rebar/forming, etc (Civil).
-Experience in estimating software a major PLUS (we use HCSS/Heavy Bid).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
