Experienced Dental Assistant (5+ Years Required)

We are only considering candidates with 5+ years of recent chairside dental assisting experience who are highly comfortable assisting with implants, veneers, and endodontic procedures. Join Our Fast-Paced, High-End Private Practice
We are a busy, well-established private dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a confident, skilled assistant with at least 5 years of chairside experience who can step in and contribute immediately.
Our practice performs a high volume of restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including implants, veneers, and endodontic procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable anticipating the doctor's needs while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent chairside dental assisting experience in a private practice
- Strong clinical experience assisting with:
- Dental implants
- Veneers and cosmetic procedures
- Endodontic (root canal) procedures
- Excellent knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and infection control protocols
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy schedule
- Outstanding communication and patient care skills
- Reliable, professional, and a true team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Expanded Functions certification (if available)
- Digital scanning experience (iTero, Cerec)
- Experience with CBCT imaging
- Open Dental, Dentrix or similar practice management software
- Strong temporary fabrication skills
