Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and processing of sales transactions
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining or Vietnamese cuisine experience is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
