Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, particularly in bar and casual dining settings. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and presentation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling techniques.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
- Prep the line as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience as a cook in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and equipment used in a professional kitchen.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure in collaborative team environments while consistently maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
