Please note while our corporate office is based in Baldwin, WI, the majority of the work for this role will take place in MN. As such, we advertise in the MN area to attract qualified candidates in proximity to where the work is primarily performed.
Regular daily travel to our WI office is not required. However, there will be occasions when travel to the corporate office will be necessary for meetings, training, or other business needs. Candidates should be comfortable with periodic travel to our WI location.
Roofing Project Supervisor Essential Functions & Duties:
Perform all related tasks to remove and/or install asphalt & metal roofs according to work orders; taking daily inventory; track extra work needed; perform final walk-thru with homeowner; complete and turn in all necessary paperwork on a timely basis as well as update CRM program as needed.
Maintain and implement safety procedures/programs by following all rules/procedures in stated Company and Safety Manuals, while maintaining a clean work site and vehicle.
Responsible for supervising/training Roofing Sub-Contractors in all aspects of the job duties before and during all projects; responsible for supervision of all sub-contractors on proper construction practices and procedures; ensure that all sub-contractors are adhering to all safety regulations.
Roofing Project Supervisor Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in roofing industry.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
Spanish speaking, desired.
Good driving record (within last 5 years).
