We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to manage and grow our Northeast territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with greenhouse growers and distributors while driving profitable sales growth.

Grow sales with existing customers and develop new accounts

Build consultative relationships with greenhouse growers and distributors

Partner with key distributors to execute territory growth plans

Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, and market share

Monitor market and competitor activity

Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports

Represent Landmark at industry events and trade shows

3–5 years of sales experience in horticulture or related agribusiness

Existing Northeast grower or distributor relationships preferred

Willingness to travel 40–60 percent within the region

Strong communication and organizational skills
