Punch Press Operator
Reports to: Manufacturing Manager
Overview
Produces quality parts on a punch press with the following guidelines: Produces parts that are acceptable by Genesee quality standards, and in accordance with customer prints and specifications. Completes all required paperwork and inspections.
Monitors own performance in relation to work order.
Responsibilities
· Produces quality parts on a punch press
· Monitors own performance in relation to work order rates and goals specified by supervision and management.
· Keeps manufacturing manager informed of problems, ideas, or changes, that may help improve the job, employee safety, company operations or workflow.
· Notifies manufacturing manager of any repairs or maintenance needed to ensure that machinery and equipment are in good operating condition.
· Keeps work area clean and orderly.
· Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
· Adheres to the QMS requirements.

· Punch Press Experience
· Ability to Work in a Team Environment

Compensation & Benefits
· Hourly position – $18-$26/hour
· 40 Hours of PTO year 1, 80 hours of PTO year 2
· Perfect Attendance Policy – Additional week of PTO possible
