Direct Hire Sales Representative opportunity!
Territory: Berks and Montgomery Counties
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Representative to join their team in the communications systems industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to deliver solutions that help clients improve their communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate communication system solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow‑up documentation
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, ideally in communications systems, technology, or related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
