Hatchett is looking for a talented home remodeling lead carpenter to work with our clients on their home remodeling projects. The right candidate will be able to build rapport with clients and efficiently remodel homes based on design, specifications and budgets.
The Role
- Carpentry work
- Work with client, designer and project manager to execute projects
- Manage relationships with all clients, trades, suppliers and remodeling consultants
- Ensure the project is designed, produced and released in a timely and cost effective manner
- Manage the design build process
The Perfect Candidate
- A self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. Likes a fast/loose environment that provides you the opportunity to tackle projects with autonomy
- Loves people and home remodeling, well organized and detailed oriented
- Has at least 5 years work experience in home remodeling based role
- Has a passion for home remodeling and a desire to create a business that is bigger than yourself
- Understands that work should be fun and have the desire and the need to love what you do
