Location: Texas Landscape Management – Based in Spring, TX (77373)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, start time at 7:00 AM

Texas Landscape Management is looking for a dedicated Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to complete all commercial and residential lawn maintenance tasks within the allotted time frame. If you can hustle, work efficiently, and handle the physical demands of the job, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that rewards hard work.
Positions Available:
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member (Must Have a Driver’s License & Be Bilingual) – Starting at $18-$20/hr with pay increase after 60 day probationary period.

That’s why we start everyone at a fair rate and reward those who prove themselves. If you hustle, work hard, and show us your value, we will pay you accordingly—no waiting for an annual review. .

Primary Responsibilities:
Complete all commercial and residential lawn maintenance tasks efficiently and within the allotted time frame
Operate mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers safely and effectively
Ensure properties are left clean and professionally maintained after each visit
Work as part of a team to maximize efficiency and quality
Must be able to handle to fast past work environment with a full schedule. This is not a laid back position.- must be able to work occasional overtime/weekends for busy seasons and/or make up days as needed.
- must have STRONG work ethic and HUSTLE. This is a fast paced job. If you do not move quickly, please do not apply. Slow movers simply will not make it and will be let go quickly.- must have a GOOD ATTITUDE and be a team player, focused on supporting your crew and growing the company
- must be able to handle all weather conditions, heat, rain, cold etc..

Must be able to move fast and stay productive – No standing around!
Strong work ethic required – We hustle and take pride in our work
Must have experience with all types of lawn maintenance equipment, including mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Must have a valid driver’s license
Reliable, motivated, and ready to work hard
