Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing menu items
- Take food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and attend to any special requests
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in serving areas
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using POS or similar restaurant software is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
