HouseCall MD is hiring a Primary Care Physician to provide mobile medical care across the San Gabriel Valley.
Our physicians visit patients in:
- Private homes
- Assisted living facilities
- Nursing and residential care settings
This role focuses on efficient, structured rounding with strong operational support. Physicians work within a system designed to reduce administrative work and improve daily workflow.
Our technology platform and office team help coordinate scheduling, documentation tools, and clinical orders so physicians can focus on patient care.

HouseCall MD provides home-based primary care for seniors and medically complex patients throughout Los Angeles County, with a focus on the San Gabriel Valley.
We care for patients who have difficulty traveling to clinics, including those living in assisted living communities or receiving care at home.
Our goal is to improve access to care while helping reduce unnecessary hospital visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical visits in homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing settings
- Manage chronic conditions and routine primary care needs
- Conduct post hospital follow up visits when appropriate
- Coordinate care with nurses, specialists, caregivers, and families
- Document visits in the electronic medical record
Compensation
Highly competitive compensation for mobile physicians.
Salary options
- $325,000 per year with company driver
- $350,000 per year without driver
Driver option:
- Driver picks up physician from home
- Transportation between patient locations
- Drop off at home at the end of the day
Self drive option:
- Visits optimized geographically to minimize driving
- Mileage reimbursement provided
Position type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active California Medical License
- Active DEA license
Preferred:
- Experience with geriatric or medically complex patients
- Experience in home based or facility based care
