H & R Healthcare, a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider with over 30 years of excellence, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Technician/Driver. You'll deliver, install, and service medical equipment for patients in both nursing facilities and private homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, set up, and retrieve DME for patients across multiple states
- Safely transport and handle inventory between service center and client sites
- Educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper function
- Process documentation clearly and efficiently
- Provide courteous, professional service at every stop
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean driving record + valid driver’s license
- Able to lift and transport heavy medical equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and small groups
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Flexible availability (including overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts)
- Covid-19 vaccination required
