About Us
We are a growing natural stone company specializing in premium marble, limestone, and travertine high-quality stone products. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pull stone samples for customers, designers, and sales representatives.
- Contact customers by phone and email regarding orders, appointments, and product availability.
- Follow up with leads, quotes, and existing customers to maintain strong relationships.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company system.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Help maintain an organized showroom and sample inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative assistance preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Experience in the natural stone, tile, or building materials industry is preferred but not required.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (8am-5pm)
- One Saturday per Month (9am-1pm)
