3Q, Inc is a fastener distribution company which is family owned and operated since 2008. We value respect, integrity, and quality, and are seeking a full-time Shipping/Warehouse associate to perform essential functions including picking, labeling, and loading.
Position Schedule
Monday – Friday. 7:30am – 4pm
Summer Hours: Half-day Fridays

Essential Functions
- Picking product out of inventory
- Labeling outgoing boxes for customers
- Restacking cartons on pallets
- Loading trucks with pallets for shipment
- Managing warehouse space usage
- Performing daily cleaning assignment(s) and machine maintenance (If applicable)
- Maintaining a smooth workflow from incoming to outgoing materials
- Assisting in resolving any issues regarding inventory
- Carrying out all company policies and procedures
- Informing management of any warehouse problems or incidents
- Supporting to 3Q, Inc. as assigned by Management
Education/Experience Required
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Fork truck experience is preferred (we will certify after 30 days)
- Demonstrate a high standard of customer service
- Analytic/problem solving skills
- Demonstrate vision, creativity, and qualities required to develop a comprehensive and profitable organization
- Training as required by management and HR
Compensation - Hourly, depends on experience
