Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Arq Behavioral Talent is a specialized recruiting firm connecting BCBAs with leading ABA providers. We're partnering with a growing practice to find a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical programming and deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services.
What you'll do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention plans based on data
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to clinical and ethical standards
What you'll need:
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- State licensure where required
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and their families
