Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues.
- EPA Certification (preferred or required, depending on position).
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends when needed.
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation, if required.
