What You'll Do
As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment by:
- Monitoring the property and reporting security concerns
- Controlling access for employees, contractors, and visitors
- Conducting foot and vehicle patrols
- Responding to incidents and emergencies
- Completing detailed incident reports and activity logs
- Enforcing site policies and security procedures
- Assisting with inspections of entrances, exits, and deliveries
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Active Tennessee Guard Card required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and physical examination
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available based on operational needs
- Flexibility is a plus
